Looks like it was based on the Flag of Chicago.


It doesn't look like the shade of blue for the flag was ever specified ...

Wiki mentions "sky blue" and "pale blue" but those descriptions are taken from magazines and are just general descriptions from the writers, not specifically color names on a chart. Wallace Rice designed the flag ...

Are looking for the stripe color or the paint color when they were blue and white? The paint color I believe was Chrysler Corporate Blue also known as Petty Blue. If the stripe color, CPD Sergeant Greg Reynolds should know the exact color as he has built a few of these cars.
