I have a craig powerplay s-681 that i bought new in the day in the 45 years i lost my manual i want to install it in a 67 chevelle can anybody help me with the wiring diagram? Rich P

^ Very cool, Markinblues ! So I guess the wiring schematic there would be the same for the S681 8-track ? It seems very straight forward. I thought we had a link here to the folks who were selling a ton of Craig service manuals, maybe including the S681 but I'm not seeing it in a quick search here. i found the wire schematic for the s-681 i used a schematic from a craig ag 5030 that worked thanks everybody for the help rich p

- This is a 3146, 58Hemi bought one of these for $20 a few pages back. This seller '2010karbar' has seen other Craig's in this thread and believes his "as-is untested" 3146 is good for a Buy It Now of $295. - Beautiful, and as close to screen accurate as you can get. Personally I believe the Bluesmobile 8-track is the S601 based on the functions of the pre-sets. Which really isn't something visible while just watching the movie at regular speed. If someone were to actually be sharp enough to spot it at regular speed they might see the left preset says EJECT ... At this point the only difference between an S601 and an S608 are the face with the radio stations (which we never see in the movie) and the #3,4 and 5 presets. S601 - EJECT MATRIX STEREO AM/FM LOC/DX/RPT S608 - EJECT MATRIX ST/RPT FM DX/MUTE In my opinion the #4 and 5 presets from that less than stellar screencap above are AM/FM and LOC/DX/RPT making it an S601 but we're the only folks who know this stuff.
