I talked to this guy a bit. It sounds like a decent car. I guess the dog leg is rotted out a fair bit, you can see it in the photo if you squint. From my limited conversation I'm guessing there are a few more spots, maybe not as bad, he said I'd have to look it over or something along those lines when I asked if there was any other rust.
I tried to see the car a couple times when I was driving through Cleveland but haven't managed to catch him yet.
