- This pic is from one year ago in The Villages which is about 45 miles NW of Orlando. We did have a member, in Florida, do a crossover Blumo with an '89 Crown Vic but I don't think this is the same car. The Villages Blumo ... - www.flickr.com/photos/jerbec/51122087031/The DaD-mobile ...

- Blumo sighted in the Financial District of Toronto. Nice ! - www.flickr.com/photos/pockets-love/49639489468/The photographer felt that the driver of that shit-box Dodge was probably going to make, or had just made, a large unannounced withdrawal from the bankers on Bay St. So the photographer also snapped a close-up to aid the police in their search. - www.flickr.com/photos/pockets-love/49639489268/Apparently those pics were taken March 09, 2020 the very day a large sum of money went missing from the Financial District in Toronto.

$5,000? No problem. We'll have it for you in the morning.
* Trivia: The Brown Dominion building, in the background, was designed by the same architect whom created several buildings in downtown Chicago. Those brown window mullions and transoms are an unmistakable trademark.

^ In the photo at the very beginning of this thread, it looks like it's probably a T.
Also shown on some of the Greenlight packaging is the (Monaco) Blumo formerly owned by "ChiTownJohn."

^ Very cool, very sad but very cool. I typed in "Bluesmobile Rehoboth" for a search and I reckon then that you spotted it at this link ... - fun107.com/rehoboth-blues-brothers-bluesmobile/The uncle of the person who posted that stopped by to take some pics. Why for da love of God is this Blumo wasting away there ? The person who posted mentioned they tried to contact the place. He managed to compile seven different phone numbers to try and 6 of them were no longer working. At the 7th number he called, the person who answered had no idea what he was talking about. So there ya go, free Blumo for someone in stealth mode . Serially, though, if anyone reading this lives not too far from there an effort should be made to save this car. True sedan, spotlight, no vent windows, no fender mount turn signals, correct paint scheme, no passenger mirror, rear bumper guards removed, middle D missing on fuel door. Aside from it saying "To Protect And Serve" it has a LOT going for it. Just insane that it's left there to rot. The address on the map screencap says 55 Winthrop but the actual address of the lot is 58 Winthrop.

I've mentioned this car before, it's been there probably something like 15 years now, sigh... I actually MADE AN OFFER on that car around 2007, before getting BLUES1. (We stopped by in BLUES2 to look at it.) The lot manager (still open at that time) said it belonged to the owner's son and he wasn't willing to sell it, but of course nothing was ever done with it. (We're in the general area and have a friend down the street from it that has kept an eye on it.) An old Shields HOB car. Here's a bunch of photos I took THEN, in 2007!! Rehoboth Rte.44 Bluesmobile 2007Going back through my own links we actually originally found this car in June 2006, on our way to a car show right after I'd christened BLUES2. The first few pics in this album are from that day! Rte. 44 Bluesmobile, 2006Keep the Faith, - Bismo

I was born and raised in Boston. Massachusetts is some of the hardest climate on cars in the country, that I remember well. We used to say that it wasn't rusty until you could see the window regulators from outside the car. If anybody does get that car, be prepared for a lot of grinding, cutting, and welding.

I did originally see it on that "Fun107" link. 2006? Shame it is apparently still sitting there.

The lot manager (still open at that time) said it belonged to the owner's son and he wasn't willing to sell it, but of course nothing was ever done with it. That's amazing. You guys saw it there in '06 so at minimum it's been sitting there for 17 years. Moved around a little bit by the looks of it, at least back then, but basically has not left that lot in at least 17 years. I guess the owner will eventually return ? but it just seems to be abandoned now. 1st pic below, if I'm not mistaken, Bis, is from your 2007 pass-by. 2nd pic is from the 2022 article, nature slowly doing its thing in this 15 year span. ----- Well this isn't really a Bluesmobile sighting, it's an ad for halo LED headlights from Shenzhen, China. They use different car examples for their different size lights, this is the car they used for this size ... They last 50,000 hours you buy now $149.99 ! - www.ebay.com/itm/394865990421
