- From page 1 of this thread ... - The 'Blues Patrol' Blumo has been around since 1987. I'm not sure what year this promo pic was taken but it's a familiar pic ... What I didn't know is that the owner, Pat Dougherty, is also an artist. Lots of great, wild drawings of cars. Some examples at this story ... - www.hotrod.com/articles/jobs-cars-automotive-art-pat-dougherty/And at the bottom of the story is a pic of Pat with the 'Blues Patrol' Blumo ... 30 year anniversary for that Blumo this year, one of the longest running Blumo's for sure. There were some fan Blumo's pre-'87 but 30 years of continuous service for this ol' Dodge is quite a feat. Well, maybe not continuous lol, probably some mechanical issues along the way but she looks great. Pat will draw your car for you, any car I figure but he has a muscle car theme and certainly some inspiration from the wild drawings in the old CARtoons magazine. Here's his website ... - www.daddypaddyart.com/ Here's a recent video of this Blumo ...

Not sure when it will air, but my Bluesmobile just filmed an episode with Mike Brewer from Wheeler Dealers in Chicago. It was a blast!

- A hardtop sighting in Kyoto, Japan. "Speed Nuts" (somewhere in Japan) had a hardtop Blumo but then they got a sedan. Maybe this is their old hardtop with fresh paint ? Although the Speed Nuts hardtop had a spotlight but it was mounted weird so maybe they removed it for the bodywork and paint. Or, there's another hardtop Blumo in Japan now. http://instagr.am/p/B6F8zliHmeq They even managed to get a 529 on the license plate ! ----- They (Speed Nuts) did sell their hardtop, this was it here ... - www.speednuts.net/zz74MonacoS.html----- Looks like they've also sold their sedan which was the Travis Bell Blumo that went into the mall for his DVD, "Return to Chicago." - www.speednuts.net/74BluesmobileS.html

Yes! That is Mark Zoran's Blumo from Razorfly Studios in Sylvia NC. His car is a police model from Chicago he has a nice fiberglass speaker for the roof as well. I think his 440 was built by Richard Petty's engine builder. Nice ! http://instagr.am/p/CAk0bB8p8vX

- I've never seen Shipping Wars on A&E. This pic is apparently from Season 1 Episode 5 which I'm assuming would make it from 2012.

Hereโs a professional video of Dan and Jim driving my Bluesmobile and long shots of Dan carrying my briefcase while handcuffed to him!

...Dan and Jim driving my Bluesmobile and long shots of Dan carrying my briefcase A briefcase full of weed lol. There was a time Elwood might have got in a bunch of trouble driving around with hoodlums while carrying a briefcase full of joints . Now, like the recidivist that he is, he can cover his face and sell joints around town without fear of arrest.
