- Cool pics! Looks like a car out of Bonnie and Clyde parked beside you Are you going to leave the (1977 only) corner bumper guards on? To ward off attack from small cars?

Are you going to leave the (1977 only) corner bumper guards on? To ward off attack from small cars? Good point! I have thought about it and will do, just haven't got round to it. I may remove the rear bumperettes(?)/overriders eventually too if I ever take the bumper off as I see you can't get to the bolts with the bumper on

I left the rear guards since I had to leave the fronts because of the '77 bumper. The corner guards I just never got around to. the car looks good, I see you removed the center "D" on the gas door.

Ooh yeah. The wife still doesn't understand the screen accuracy thing though and moaned at me about doing that lol. She even wants to wash it! Sent from my SM-G900F using proboards

The missing D was only in the one scene, it was present more than missing so I put it on. The guards I would remove, and god forbid, don't let her wash it!

The missing D was only in the one scene, it was present more than missing A lot of the time it appears that there's no letters at all at the back. But when you do see them, the missing D is completely screen accurate.

The way I look at it is the D is always missing because it's missing in scenes where we get a good look at the back, meaning it was most likely intentional.

We should closely search the shrubbery at the foot of the East 95th Street Bridge. I'm sure we'll find the missing D right there, cause it fell off after the jump.

Wouldn't doubt it, that fuel door came open pretty hard on impact!

It's present before the bridge jump too, I never noticed it was missing in the Nazi traffic scene too, only the Maxwell street scene.

You actually can remove the rear bumperettes without removing the bumper. I did it with a long extension on a drill.

Looking closer it would appear it's the same Bluesmobile. Not a professional presentation here but for sure there are identical markings ...
