Is that a 1974 Dodge Monaco 4-door sedan stealing the show?  Well, I got the magazine, and the pic above is a good representation of the detail available on the front cover. So no super-zoom ins for 1974 1/2 prototype jump bumper. But here's the blurb describing the scene:  It looks like CHP officer Bryan Duquesnel is/was on the force a long time.
