THIS IS A NEW ORIGINAL CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL (CHP) INSPECTION STICKER, WHICH WOULD BE PROPERLY PLACED ON THE RIGHT LOWER WINDSHIELD (OUTSIDE), WHEN YOUR VEHICLE PASSED A CHP ROADSIDE INSPECTION. THIS STICKER WAS VALID UNTIL 12-75 (DEC. 1975) AND WOULD BE A NICE TOUCH TO A PRE-1976 VEHICLE. THE ADHESIVE IS ON THE BACK OF THE STICKER WHICH IS AFFIXED TO ITS ORIGINAL BACKING. THE STICKER MEASURES 2" X 2". THIS IS NOT A REPRODUCTION. ----------- That looks very cool, even tough I don't know what it is. What's the scoop on a CHP roadside inspection? Was it a random inspection? Something you could get in lieu of a inspection sticker? The way that CA does/did annual inspections?
