$6,000??? And the reserve is even higher? I'd love to have another Monaco (miss my 76 terribly), but come on - 6 Gs? I paid $1,500 for my 76 with only 30,000 original miles on it and had it for 10 years. I dropped only $1,000 on the 74 New Yorker, but it needed a complete engine makeover.
Spring of 2012 will be the only time in the near future that I'll have some funds where I can drop around $1500 for another Dodge. I'd love to be Elwood again. My Dad and I had a blast and the pictures on my Facebook page riding with a friend's 91 Ford CHP car behind us are lasting proof.
Too bad some people see these cars more as dollar signs. The Bluesmobile means so much more.

It'd be nice if the seller could include more than one pic at a time . At least it's a new pic for the thread. - Definitely a Blumo in waiting.

Auction ended this past week with no bids....... Big surprise.
This is a nice car, but it is strange how the price keeps going up. I don't think the seller really wants to sell it. Unless some famous movie star or someone with really deep pockets is contracting a shop to build a Blumo replica, I can't see anyone touching it at his asking prices "no offers, or trades, cash only".
This car would be in my driveway right now if he was even the least bit flexible.

This one's 1200 miles away from me. I used two different e-mail addresses to contact the seller in the last 2 times it ended up on the bay, the first one I offered him 3,500 and the second one I offered him 4,000. Both times he said the highest offer he has so far is 5,500. Since he hasn't sold it yet I doubt he'll go any lower than 6,000. If he'd sell it to me for 4,00 I'd fly up there and drive it back!

Let's do a little recap on this one. It was listed at $5,900, then $5,500, then he got the new fuel tank and listed it at $6,900. On Dec. 8th it was listed at Chicago craigslist for $6,900, then on daBay with a starting bid of $6,000, then on Toronto craigslist Dec. 24th for $7,500. And now it's back on daBay with the same starting bid of $6,000. - So based on that quote I guess it's safe to assume his absolute lowest price is $6,000. Although I kinda get the feeling he wouldn't even accept that for it. cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160711420660
