74-77 c-body Monaco windshield washer reservoirs could be mounted in any of the following places:
74-75: driver side (default)
74-75: passenger side (for special cop siren option that mounted reservoir on passenger side so that there would be room for siren on driver side)
76-77: passenger side (so that there would be room for air-hose from air-cleaner to radiator yoke. Typically this was with lean-burn.
The reservoir bodies were of two types:
a) 74-75 (whether it was factory mounted on driver or passenger side)
b) 76-77 (passenger side mounting only)
Here's a pic of a 74-75:
and a 76-77:
With a 74-75 standard mounting, the reservoir bolted directly to the driver inner fender:
With a 74-75 CHP-style siren mounting option, the reservoir was on the passenger side:
and the passenger inner fender used special standoffs to simulate the mounting surface of the driver side inner fender and allow the same reservoir to be used:
For 1976-77, a different style reservoir was used (next two pics of my 76 parts car, and 3rd pic of Country Bunker's loose reservoir and mounting bracket).
When reading the lid of the reservoir, it lists three part numbers:
1) lid
2) body
3) lid / body combination
Notice that there are two styles of lids.
a) without connection for low-fluid level sensor
b) with connection for low-fluid level sensor (the two-pronged connection in the upper right corner of the lid).
The lids look interchangeable, so that if you have a non-sensor lid, you could simply put on sensor lid, and get the "washer fluid" idiot light working in the car. On the BBC archives:

177ellwood shows that his car has the connection for low-fluid-level, but it doesn't have anything to connect to in the lid.
The lids may have different part numbers and theoretically be interchangeable, but it looks like the lid and body are plastic welded / hermetically sealed and once they come from the factory, they'll never been torn asunder.
So there four packages:
1a) 74-75 no sensor
1b) 74-75 sensor
2a) 76-77 no sensor
2b) 76-77 sensor
