I've got everything loose but how do you actually remove the radio in 77 royal? Do I have to get the heater control out? As there's a big metal bracket that won't pass the bunch of pipes on back of it! I just want to get it out to fit an fm modulator in the back for mp3 input.

Panic over I've done it! Lots of bending and pulling eventually it's all out! Tomorrow I'll attempt at refitting! Any obvious places to look as I've got no dash lights? I've checked fuses under steering column. Anymore anywhere? I've not disturbed anything as they didn't work when I got the car. Sent from my SM-G900F using proboards

You had dash lights, you must have knocked something loose. Only the right turn signal arrow and high beam indicator were out the night before we took the car to the shipper.

If all the dash lights are out before you panic first try turning the dimmer up. Pull the headlight know out to turn the headlights on then twist the knob to see if the lights come on. If not I would start by checking the headlight switch itself. That is where power to the dash lights originates.

I'll try it today! I might try and look at that right blinker light that's gone while I'm there too. Sent from my SM-G900F using proboards
