Oooh, tan interiors and detachable shoulder harnesses: In the beginning, I thought it was standard cheesy. Middle = more cheesy. End = definitely cheesiest. Nice find.

Don't forget the dual snorkel air cleaners! Oh wow, I was totally in the cheese zone by then, and missed the dual snorkel. It looks like that was a real cop car. A real nice cop car.

I was just about to mention the air cleaner while watching that scene. If they wanted the movie to be more realistic they should have had the Monacos win the demo. It' a shame to see them destroyed even though back then they were just 3 year old retired police cars. Between Hollywood and taxi companies we're lucky we can find any old police cars, look how fast Diplomats and last generation Gran Furys became almost extinct, and '98-'11 Crown Vics will be next.
