Here's some info that I wrote on BBC
www.bluesbrotherscentral.com/forum/topic/2053-c-body-headers/#entry105680
regarding my guess on the best flowing stock exhaust manifolds that would fit a 74-77 c-body monaco:
Here:
www.scribd.com/doc/24470110/B-RB-ENGINE
this document:
PN P4007910, Bulletin #2, August, 1980
Race Bulletin Tune-Up Tip
361-383-400
413-426W-440
B-RB Engine
Racing Manual
on page 16 says
> The best cast iron exhaust manifolds produced for the b-rb engines

The above race document shows that the best were the max-wedge manifolds, but they were more like headers.
You can get reproductions of them:
chucker54.stores.yahoo.net/mamaxwema.html
So for "normal" looking manifolds, the document above continues:
> The next best exhaust manifolds are the ones used on the 1968-1970,
> 383-440 Road Runnder, Charger, Super Bee, GTX, R/T high
> performance packages.
> These manifolds, PN 2806898 right and 2843991 left
But they don't specifically talk about C-bodies (because nobody really hot-rods a huge c-body).
Per
www.cbodydrydock.com/forum_viewtopic.php?14.20584
> 4) The left manifold for a C-Body 440 HP is unique to that vehicle while the right is shared with B & E-Bodies
So I looked in my hollander interchange manual for any c-body that used the
PN 2806898 right
manifold and found
588[R]
dodge pass. '67-69, 8-440, 375 HP
dodge pass. '68-69 8-383, 4BC
dodge pass. '69 8-440, 390HP
so I then looked for the corresponding c-body left manifold for those years and found
'67 8-440, 375HP: 591[L]
'68 8-440, 375HP: 630[L]
'69 8-440, 375HP: 630[L]
'68 8-383, 4BC: 630[L]
'69 8-383, 4BC: 630[L]
591[L] is part number 2843248
630[L] is part number 2863408 / 2951217
I couldn't find much on 2843248, but I did find a lot of good stuff about
2863408 / 2951217
They are good high performance drivers manifolds for c-bodies. The ...1217 is basically the same as ...3408, but with additions for a heat stove.
Here are two good pages on them - with pics:
www.cbodydrydock.com/forum_viewtopic.php?5.84985
www.cbodydrydock.com/forum_viewtopic.php?5.78192
So I looked around for manifolds with part numbers:
2806898
2863408
but it turns out that almost nobody calls them by their part number. They call them by their casting number - which is different.
This chart
www.mopar1.us/exhaustmanifolds.html
shows that I'm looking for casting numbers
2806900
2863409
respectively. So people sell these manifolds, calling them "part number", when they really mean "casting number".
Here's the set I collected, and subsequently sold to AZ Blues:
