I've tried to get Bagman over here a couple times in the past 8-10 months. He just kinda' dropped out of sight after BBC went down.
He was hoping to get involved again, but also mentioned that he rotates between projects. I think I'll give him another shout.

I've tried to get Bagman over here a couple times in the past 8-10 months. He actually is a member here, but he's never posted. It's a nice Blumo and I know there's at least half a dozen members that have seen it in person. Maybe the youtube vid is the teaser and it'll be on daBay before the end of the month.

The auction is now live. cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Custom-/150902720334Bid early and bid often. Bagman is leaving the Blues Brothers world to move on to other aspects of life. It's a fine car being sold by someone who has proven to be an asset to the hobby. And, unlike some others we've seen, he is asking a reasonable price. Let's send him off on a high note.

Ok, I've made a mistake here, I thought that the forum where I posted my "pre-sale" was the real forum, but really this is where I meant to make my post. I wondered why nobody replied! Anyways, I added two more pictures of the trunk. I have no reason to believe the cardboard was not original with the car. It only covers the area behind the taillights, it does not extend any further. It folds over where the trunk shuts too as you can see in the picture. Three or four screws hold it down on the surface parallel with the ground, the bottom edge is held down by some slot or something, I can't remember, but I have taken it off before to fix a taillight.
Edit: Also the cardboard is two pieces, a left and right side. They overlap at the trunk latch.

Well, went for 5,800. Which included almost a 1,000 dollar bid jump in the last seconds. Not too shabby...

Hopefully the new owner will find his way here.

Probably the fastest eBay auto settlement ever. Buyer is a local classic car dealership. They plan to retain it for sale in their showroom/museum indefinitely. Attachments:
