I emailed the seller asking who made the skin. This is all I got back.
"I don't know. It was donated to our youth group from a company in Orlando."

It didn't cost $5,000. It cost the recipient $0, because it was donated. It was valued at $5,000 by the maker, so they could claim a $5,000 deduction by donating it to the charity youth group.
