So gotta go back to the other 2! lol Remember the movie Dragnet, where Dan Aykroyd refers to the "virgin Connie Swail" all movie long until the end when he refers to her simply as "Connie Swail"? We've been talking about the girl in pink pants. And all of a sudden, Country Bunker is talking about the girl in pink panties. That siren must be working!

No, siren doesnt do to good a job around here.. Chicks in my age group round here go for the damn truck! lol Thats alright, the blumo brings em in when I take it on trips outa town! haha Ive had the last couple weeks off of work.. Its been nice! Have alot of free time to mess with the cars. Still have the rest of this week. As much as I hate to say it.. Im kinda looking forward to getting back to work! Gotta make some $$!! I played around with my new steering wheel pad from chad. Looks good! Just gotta get it dyed. I also got the old 70's vintage steering wheel cover off, and cleaned up the wheel. Looks a lot better! Back to the old for now.. Does anyone have a spare steering wheel insert? The piece with the emblem on it? The one on the wheel from chad is for a plymouth, and pretty beating up. in no hurry, just checking.. -zac

Wouldn't you want to remove the insert, fill the tiny recesses for the tabs on the back of the insert, and dye it tan so that it would be a blumo replica? Even if you don't want to dye it, wouldn't you want to just remove the insert and be closer to blumo-ness? your friend in getting with the program, but needing to know what the program is, arthur

Ok arthur, do I pass inspection? haha Got it on. one of the studs ended up breaking, so had to grind it down, and drill/tap a hole, and use a screw for one side. It works though! -zac

Though, if you haven't shipped the wheel caps and aren't going to use the center emblem, could you ship that back, too? I'd like it for my personal collection.

Arthur idk if you remember, but at the race track the car was making the vacume hissing sound, it turned out to be my new pcv valve! Damn you carquest! lol I remember! So the PCV valve was not working correctly, staying open, so the intake had a vacuum leak and was just sucking air through the PCV? Did a new valve fix the problem?
