New fender brace from Blusmbl's . Finally put it on . The old one only had rust in the bend , the rest was still good .

Put on the manual adjustable mirror from Blusmbl's . Your right Jeff its a little weathered but its not supposed to be mint anyway . At least I can see traffic instead of trees .

Made this rubber plug insert with a black push fastener to a washer from behind in the original mirror adjust ring . It looked better with the chrome bumper bolt I had in there originally but the door panel would not fit due to the hole would have to be made bigger in the door . Didn't want to do that in case I find another remote adjustable mirror .

Wow! Nice work. I'm glad everything fit. I will keep an eye out for an adjustable mirror in good shape. Wrench on!

Do you want another adjustable mirror?
I have one from my car that I'm more than happy to part with. I want to use a non-remote-adjust one so that I don't have to alter my police-issue tan door panels and I'd be happy to trade with you.
Mine is in excellent shape; from a 58,000 mile Texas car.

Steam it has no markings on it and all the goodies have been removed . Trying to get all those rods back in the rear doors to have them functional from the inside . Rear door window switches are deactivated from the factory . Work on the drivers main switch . Eventually will paint the white to black , but gotta get some pics with the blumo before I do .
