- I think that's some sort of anomaly having the Super Commando pie tin on this 440. As far as I know the E85 is not a Super Commando. I earlier called the E85 the 'civilian' 440 as a nickname, it's just the regular 440. The High Performance 440 is engine code E86 and in 1971 I believe would have been called a Super Commando. Is that right ? And the E87 was the Super Commando 440 6-pack. I was looking through some old threads at FCBO and someone mentioned that some 1970 Fury Sport or the GT's (or both ?) had been delivered with Super Commando pie tins on E85 440's. More Ma Mopar madness ? Maybe it's not possible to make any sense of it at this time. Maybe they had way too many Super Commando pie tins ? lol, I dunnoSomething else I just found out was there was an E91 code for a "police engine" in '70-'71. I don't recall ever seeing an E91 code before. - mymopar.com/1969-1971-fender-tag-broadcast-sheet-codes-list/----- Anyhoo, there's been a bid ! The auction has opened at $500.
