I bought this car to build another Bluesmobile but I just couldn't do it. ^ Beautiful. And all that new stuff, I love it. Rear deck lights are a nice touch. Are those the switches for siren and deck lights to the left of the column ? Great job, man.

Thank You, Siren yes decklights no. The decklights activate whenever the brakes are hit or turn signals/hazzards are activated. It was the earliest versions of the high mount stoplights to notify drivers behind you of a quick stop or quick turn. Most departments wired the wig wags into the taillights as well which would make them flash also. If you take a look at your package tray from the underneath thru the trunk many Mopar Police models already had the holes punched for them.
