hey folks,
I have a 74 brougham I'm slowly turning into a bluesmobile. This car has a fuel door with backup lamps inside of it. Has anyone here ever tried to swap a standard fuel door onto such a car? I actually have a fuel door off of another 74 but the mounting location seems hugely recessed. My current theory is that the mounting location and further more the sheet metal around the filler is not at all the same between a brougham and regular cars.
I'm guessing that means I'm going to be trying to fabricate some brackets but I'm hoping I'm just missing something obvious.
