- I think she's a beauty. We've seen a few of these sky blue Montana cars over the years, looks like it's actually B3 "Cadet Blue Poly." There is a Montana Law Enforcement Museum in Philipsburg, Montana, maybe they'll buy it . They already have a 1954 Ford police package car, the very early days of such a thing. Looking through old manuals on-line the earliest option for a police car I saw was the 1950 Ford. The civilian model had 100hp and the police engine had 110hp ! This 1954 Ford had what they call the 256 which it might seem was a stroked 239, dual exhaust and a 120 speedometer, the civilian Ford speedometer only went to 100 in 1954. - www.mlem.org/
