- Not sure what to make of this one.
I'm only getting small pics loading at the moment d'oh ...
It may in fact be a luxury LX model BUT it has police options such as (practically new) 225/70/R15 tires, police steel 15" wheels, certified police speedometer, upgraded factory suspension, torsion bars, and true Ford factory dual exhaust with 4 catalytic converters. It also has a full size police spare wheel and tire (Goodyear Eagle) in the trunk. However, it does not have the rubber floor or any holes in the body from antennas or spotlights. Nor does it have the external oil and transmission coolers. But it does have numbers and extra equipment holes under the hood. I believe that it may have been ordered as a fleet vehicle and then sold to the original owner who may have ordered extra options on this car new from the dealer. It is a strange anomaly due to also having cruise control, upgraded trim, such as 1/2 a vinyl roof and minor pin striping. I have almost all the service records to this vehicle. It has new battery, alternator, rear brakes, and replaced factory dual exhaust. I bought it to keep as I even put a new rebuilt transmission in it for approx $2,000. Vehicle was always garaged until now.
