Well. ...................this is it So it's finally here. It's like all my Christmas's come at once lol. Love the car Adam did a great job of it. Bit of an issue now though is our won't start I assume they drained all fuel from it before shipping. We put 10ltrs in it but there's just no fuel getting to the carb. Any ideas? An I missing something really silly? is there just one mechanical pump and that's it? Sent from my SM-G900F using proboards

Ben,
Pour some fuel down the carb throat, let it set for a moment, then turn the key over while pumping the accel pedal, and hold the pedal to the floor until it fires off.
Sounds reckless, but it damn sure works....been doing it for years, with never an issue (when it's turning over, you're getting oil to the top end).

Will try that tomorrow when daylight returns and work isn't in the way! We did pour some fuel in the carb and it did fire on it. It just doesn't seem to be getting any fuel pumped from the tank. Yeah, the carb is just basically an air pump, so holding the primaries open will give you the air you need to fire the fuel. Let us know how it works!

Congrats!! You must be estatic to actually have a car in front of you finally. Shes looking good!
Do as Rob said, and you should be good. The pump is mechanical, and the engine needs to be running to get the fuel up to the carb. Get enough gas in the carb for the engine to run long enough to get the gas up there. Done it several times myself.
Happy motoring

Glad it made it safe.
You may want to check for moisture or water in the fuel if you cant get it going. You could always pop the fuel line off at the carb and crank it over carefully and see if fuel is pumping.

Poured some fuel in carb, a few more jerry cans in the tank and got it started. Done a few bits that I'll update you on later. Now just got to wait for the paperwork so I can go get mot and legal! !! Congrats. Post a vid of the reactions of people on the street as you drive by. I bet it would make an Aventador fade in the distance.

So today I fixed the heater controls that didn't adjust anything. It was just a pipe popped off under the dash! ! Also fixed the non working right blinker indicator. Was just a bit of a dodgy connection on the round multi plug on that side. I just unplugged it cleaned contacts and plugged back in securely. Now I know what way I'm indicating lol. Also removed the clock to try and repair it. There is power getting to it so I'll try fixing the clock itself somehow. I managed to get the radio out, but put it all back in as I'll have to wait for the fm modulator I've ordered to do a stealth mp3 install. Not sure if it was working in usa but I can't tune into anything here. Still haven't driven it yet as still waiting for title from the shippers before I can do anything Those bulbs in the foot wells, should they light when you open doors? They don't now and the bulbs are ok? The other interior lights work fine. Sent from my SM-G900F using proboards

Yea those lights should light up with the doors. I drove mine around for 2 years before i found those bulbs. They were burnt out. Replaced em, and what a difference.
