Hey guys, if anyone is looking for a '74 Monaco I am going to put mine up for grabs. It is a 43k original mile survivor, black over green with a 400 2bbl. When I purchased it over a year ago, it had been sitting in storage for many years. It needed a bunch of work but now it has fresh brakes, bearings serviced, carb rebuilt, and new oversize tires. I pulled off a lot of the extra chrome, but you could bolt it back up easily. I installed a Unity S6 spotlight and a internet correct push bar. As I got closer to painting the door and going after the beautiful black vinyl top I stopped and decided I did not want to finish the BluMo conversion. I like it too much as a big black hardtop. I even bought some redline hubcaps to make the period correct look, the brougham hubcaps were pretty gaudy. Sharp readers know what I paid for it, but since I put tires, pushbar, spotlight and a pile of other maint, I'm asking $5000. I won't say rust free, but the car is very very clean. It looks, drives, runs just like a 43,000 mile, 40 year old dodge. No bodywork, no rot. It is all there, very original and very low mileage. This car is a hardtop, not a sedan. No door frames.

Very nice. So the white doors from the space parade, that's tape?

Hi Steam, yes, she is still for sale. Redline dog dish hubcaps and most of the brougham stuff removed. She's been tucked away in a nice dry garage for the winter, but I will be advertising it more soon. I do not have the heart to finish the conversion, she is too nice!! Dan P Attachments:

I'd be interested, I have a 74 Brougham 4dr HT with lots of body cancer but good hard parts-police TBs, rear sway, sure grip 3.55, 440...and the cigarette lighter works.Looking for a car in good shape to meld with what I have. LMK-I've just recently discovered this site but have been looking for awhile.

Hey, popple Dan will be checking in here soon for sure. Where is your Monaco from? It saw some salt over the years by the sounds of it?
