Been driving the car around as much as possible to work out any bugs, aside from a not so smooth idle I have to mess with it seems pretty good.
I pulled the idle mixture screws and blew compressed air in the holes to clean out any dirt, reset the air/fuel idle mixture and she is running much better.

Thanks Bismo. I was going to use your stencil guy but he's raised his prices and it turned out TK was much cheaper and worked fine for what I was doing.

I don't think so, as soon as my little girl outgrows her obsession with this whole thing I'm selling this car, I have too many and I want to redo my '58 and finish my Gran Fury police car. I might even sell it at the end of this year, she won't miss it so much in the winter.

Keep in mind that geographically I might be the closest member to you. Just sayin ...
I even made a movie of the car the other night after that gif thing didn't work. I had to, I had to win that little computer battle, lol. And now there's music!
* Jesus H, it won't play for me, need a plugin update. Shouldn't the computing box just take care of that stuff on its own? Ha, well it's a 46 second vid of the 4 before and after pics.

I got it to play on my phone steam. Nice!!!
Idk 58, give it a little while. These cars have a funny way of growing on you. I did mine up years ago thinking I'd get a Year or so of fun out of it before its off to the boneyard in the sky.. Now I'm balls deep into trying to save it lol.

Yeah, I like it, she loves it and now it's the only car she wants to go in if we go anywhere but I have my '58 Fury that needs time and money, my Gran Fury police package which needs time and money, my '57 which needs time and money, and now I'll have the HOB car (yes I'm buying it, I can't pass it up as much as I try to)which needs a lot of time and money so someone has to go. Oh and my Amphicar which is constant maintenance. See my point?

Finally after several hundred miles I finally found my not so smooth idle problem (and realized I was getting really bad mileage, 13 MPG highway) , I looked over everything and the only and last thing I could think of is the EGR valve, I removed it and cleaned it and guess what? This thing is sooooooo smooth now. I've never experienced a bad one and most of my cars didn't have one so it was not something I'd look for normally. It's amazing how something that a car doesn't need to run can make it run so bad.
