^ It's in Poland, that pic is from the Verva Street Racing 2012. It's chasing the Poland Blumo which is a well covered Blumo here, and I'm pretty sure we have a pic already posted in the Blumo sightings thread of the Poland Blumo from that very event. I don't remember the Royal Monaco but here's some cool pics of the two cars ... Even an 8 second clip ...

- This cop car, I'm pretty sure, was the first cop car that I saw go past $10,000 on an eBay auction. It was original, 440, and someone sure wanted it. It went huge something like 15 g's? Or was it this one that went for 17 g's? It was big $$$, and I recall being kind of amazed lol. Beautiful car!

Somehow I missed this posting. I'd say maybe not a clone, the rough '74 Monaco ISP car that was on CL about 2 years ago had a green "civilian" style interior too, more than likely they bought A38 cars instead of K-code cars.

That red Royal Monaco was done up as a fire chief car from the guys in Calif. Good call, I do remember that one. They were called "In Pursuit" at the time and their level of detailing was high. I've got pics from when it was up for auction, I'll find those pics sooner or later. All the threads at BBC are gone now so I'm just going through some photobucket albums looking for stuff. * Edit, here it is ...

Only indirectly related but "In Pursuit" are also the guys I originally bought our Mark II from back in 2005...

- Last year, the Daily Herald posted a bunch of their archive pics of Mount Prospect. This one is dated February 2, 1961 ... And this next one says ... We see the Monaco is a '74 so the Ford's are the "newly delivered" 75's ? Lots of very cool vintage pics of Mount Prospect including assorted emergency vehicles ... - www.dailyherald.com/article/20160114/news/160119568/

- And this next one says ... I think that Monaco is blue, it definitely isn't black. It kinda ruins the whole thing seeing a pic of a real Mt. Prospect '74 Monaco looking nothing like the movie car.
