- A GTA IV Blu-mo, complete with speaker, endures severe harassment from a bunch of '74 squads After the Blu-mo chase there's a chase with a General Lee, newer squads, same result.

^ I noticed the plate but what movie is that Cadillac from? Looks like the mural is celebrating movies filmed in Chicago. Top left window would be Tom Cruise and Rebecca De Mornay from Risky Business. Middle window I'm not sure at the moment. Right window is Kurt Russell from Backdraft. Continuing right to the roof and the trees is the cast of The Untouchables. I'm not sure who the black dude is to the left of Elwood. Immediately right of Jake's hat is Robert Redford from The Sting. Then Ferris Bueller and his girlfriend. And on the hood holding the newspaper is Paul Newman also from The Sting. To the right of Paul, the black cop is a very familiar looking character and probably not a real cop in the movie, lol. Looks so familiar but I can't think of the movie right now. And then Harrison Ford from The Fugitive. Not sure why they'd put the BDR529 on that Caddy but the Cadillac itself must be from a 'filmed in Chicago' movie. Anyone fill in some blanks? Link to big pic ... s386.photobucket.com/user/TI4438/media/004-81.jpg.htmlWhich takes you to TI's photobucket page and then click on the magnifying glass bottom right of the pic, which brings the pic up in a different box so again click the magnifying glass and it's quite a huge pic.

I agree with every point you made.I'm clueless about the characters in the middle window and the Caddy.

It's off by a year, but the same color and model as the one from "Groundhog Day," if that helps.
They also use a '72 in the film "Eyes of an Angel" and that's partially set in Chicago.

- That was a little adventure with photobucket yesterday. I tried to bring TI's direct picture link over from his post and it defaulted to the small pic and I couldn't figure that one out. Also it looks like when a big pic is posted here it defaults to 800x wide, but if it's photobucket and you click the pic it brings you to a page where the picture resides, then you click the pic, and again ... lol. It seems like there's a glitch with photobucket because I've noticed this a couple of times now since that switchover. Anyway here's the mysteries within this mural for me; The couple in the middle window ... The dude behind Elwood ... And this cop ... ... with a custom GM van. It might be easier to find the van at the IMCDb - Speaking of which, there's a lot of different Cadillac listings at the IMCDb. For the Caddy you gotta click on 'Fleetwood Eldorado' with 434 entries. When I got to page 10 it just jumped out ... Harry Crumb. Big John Candy. Unfortunately it was filmed entirely in California and some in Vancouver. Not the movie ... Close, eh. I'll keep looking, stuff like ... www.chicagomag.com/Chicago-Magazine/June-2010/40-Best-Chicago-Movies-Ever/Great list here from the City of Chicago ... www.cityofchicago.org/city/en/depts/dca/supp_info/chicago_film_office6.htmlHere's how Harry got his Caddy ...

Anyway here's the mysteries within this mural for me; The couple in the middle window ... Possibly: Although maybe not, being that Moline, IL is on the other side of the state from Chicago.

The only actor that comes to mind for the dude in the window is Chevy Chase.

Kinda resembles John Travolta, too, in his younger days.
