I've heard a lot of good things about Bill hirsch engine paint. Can get it by the quart/gallon, or aerosol.
hirschauto.com
Jeff (bluesmbl) used it on his air cleaner. Looks great!

Thanks for the tip. That site is way more helpful. I am incorrect with the DE1619. According to hirschauto, that would be Chrysler Turquoise for 1962-71 big blocks. We would need Chrysler Blue all 1973-83. Looking at Duplicolor again, looks like we would use DE1631 Chrysler Blue.
I might buy a quart of the blue and spray it with a gun, but right now I want some blue to "cut in" the timing cover and back of the water pump housing before I assemble it. I'll see if I can get some Duplicolor DE1631 and see how it looks.

I used the DC Chrysler green...it looks turquoise to me, but I like it....doesn't look like a Ford or Chevy color, lol.;D

I used the "Mopar Blue" color, as it was the correct color of the engines in 1974.

I went with the Duplicolor DE Chrysler Blue, it sprays well and looks good, seems to hold up well. As Zac said, definitely go with the Bill Hirsch Hemi Orange 1qt size if you are spraying the air cleaner, that paint flows out nice and is very durable, has a nice factory look to it that I couldn't get with the Duplicolor orange that I tried first.
