If someone is going to actually use the cups for drinking, my guess is that wax paper would eventually deteriorate and become unusable. I was thinking of using the wax paper cups - and then discarding. So I would buy a pack and then use them at parties. I guess I have no idea of the pricing. It looks like regular wax cups are $0.07 each ($70 per thousand). www.mrocenter.com/p/2203781?affiliateid=1www.amazon.com/CUP-WAXPPR-16OZ-20-50/dp/B0040ZEPOSIf a custom orange-whip cup was 10 times as expensive ($0.70 each), I would prefer wax so they would be screen accurate. If a custom orange-whip cup was 100 times as expensive ($7 each), I would prefer plastic so they could be reused. If a custom orange-whip cup was 1000 times as expensive ($70 each), I won't be getting any cups.

Here are some pics of an original orange whip hat for sale recently. It looks like as soon as it was placed the bay that someone did "buy it now". www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&hash=item4ab7cb3e55&item=320911130197&nma=true&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&rt=nc&si=O3GlvYmevwYpnYjoTcaOblaAyGA%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=ncPlease read this description FULLY AND ACCURATELY! Thank you! Available for BUY IT NOW or BEST OFFER. I have today this EXTREMELY RARE and 100% original vintage 1980s, New Without Tag, Promotional snapback trucker style mesh cap/hat for the historic, and long defunct Orange Whip Juice Drink with their character Whippy on the front, made famous from the John Candy quote in the movie starring John Belushi & Dan Akroyd, The Blues Brothers. This amazing piece of history comes to you from a friends VERY LARGE baseball hat and cap collection that he has accumulated over the past 30+ years working in the food industry here in the Chicagoland area. It is in EXCELLENT, near mint, never worn condition where it has sat in his other hat collection in storage for all these years. Only flaw is a slight black mark on the corner of the top bill from storage, as seen in the photos. It is a typical 1980s era snapback style made of mesh and polyester colored in orange and white, with green trim coloring to the front. It has the very rare and seldom seen character called WHIPPY on the front with the script logo for ORANGE WHIP. This hat is one size fits all and has the original tag from the hat maker, CAPITAL, made in the Phillipines. As legend has it, documented in a recent 2005 Chicago Sun Times newspaper article, and quoted here from Wikipedia... "The drink had a resurgence after the release of The Blues Brothers. In that movie, John Candy's police detective attends the film's pivotal fund-raising concert in order to arrest the performing band, but decides he wants to see them perform first and orders drinks for himself and the uniformed state troopers he is with, saying: "Who wants an orange whip? Orange whip? Orange whip? Three orange whips!" The drink was not in the original script. The costumer on the film, Sue Dugan, is the daughter of the late Kenny Dugan, Vice President of the Orange Whip Corporation. Mr. Dugan had been providing refreshments for the cast and asked if "Orange Whip" (the non-alcoholic beverage product) could be mentioned in the film. John Landis, the director, mentioned this to Candy, who improvised the exchange, making it pop-culture lore ever since." A link to the scene from The Blues Brothers starring John Candy... So whether you collect vintage trucker style caps, Blues Brothers collectibles, or are looking for all the RARE and seldom ever seen Orange Whip Corporation items, DO NOT MISS OUT!! TRULY A ONE OF A KIND and very rare item!

That golf trainer has been a thorn in my side for quite a while. I would search for images, follow one link to another... to another, and just when I thought I was closing in on paydirt... there's the golf swingy thing. Back up, try again... search, search... golf trainer... raise fists. (repeat over and over) * That ridiculous "Orange Whip Font" was another one that drove me mad. Anyway... This is the last call to jump in on the first shirt run. If all goes well, they go into production this weekend.

I had mentioned earlier that I estimate the shirts were going to be $20.
It actually came out a little better at $18.50.
(Not a big difference, but a buck-fifty is a buck-fifty)

And all this time, I thought Orange Whip was a made-up name for a made-up soft drink....go figure. Rob

From what I have researched, most believe it was an imaginary alcoholic beverage.
But it was in fact a true (non-alcoholic) juice drink. There was also "Strawberry Whip", "Pina-Colada Whip" and "Chocolate Whip".
