We have this thread on the 1974 front driver door lower pocket:
www.bluesmobiles.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=details&action=display&thread=162&page=2
and this thread on police-style upper door panels:
www.bluesmobiles.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=police&action=display&thread=539
This thread is a catchall for everything else.
-------------------
Brougham:
The Brougham had fancier upper door panels (with a door pull) and lower door panels (with carpeting), like:

www.bluesmobiles.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=gotopost&board=sedans&thread=637&post=3705
-------------------
Lower panels:
In the 74 parts catalog, page IT-34 shows that the lower panels are the same for 41/43/45/46 (4-door sedan, 4-door hardtop, station wagons):
So it looks like were 2-sizes of lower panel sizes:
a) those for 2-doors
b) those for everything else (all 4-doors: hardtops, sedans, s/w)
Here's a 2-door:

-------------------
Upper panels:
2-door had their own unique upper panels (longer).
For both front and rear, sedans and s/w used the same panel, but the 4-door hardtop used its own unique part number.
It appears that the reason for the different part number is that the 4-door hardtop required a panel of a different size to mate against the lower b-pillar. Here's a pic showing how TK extended a rear sedan upper to fit his 4-door hardtop:

www.bluesmobiles.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=gotopost&board=owners&thread=80&post=1434
TK doesn't mention about the fronts being of different shape or size (sedan vs. 4-door hardtop), but I'm guessing there's some difference based on the parts catalog showing different numbers.
