I was looking at some old threads at BBC last night for a picture of a cop car I posted a while back. Didn't find it lol, but I noticed that "josephblues" had mentioned his Blumo was for sale.
Mine's for sale. Sorry no title though. Sound motor, weak trans, some rust and a few things that don't work.
I don't log in over there anymore so if anyone is going to log in to BBC this weekend I'd appreciate it if you could send Joe a PM and give him the link to our site here.

Hey Joe!! How ya been, man?
Yeah after BBCentral went offline last summer we started this hangout just to ... hang out, lol. BBC was down for 4 months and by that time we had established something here and decided to just run with it. For me personally I just stick around here now.
So you're selling your Blumo? That's wild. A true derby save which became a damn fine Blumo. Do you still have the roof speaker? Any recent pics of her you could post?
Well, great to have ya here. You're member #50, I'll have to buy you a beer for that one day.

Hello guys. This was my Halloween costume this year. Sorry for the confusion; this is my one and only OLD bm that I have for sale. I'll take that beer someday for being #50. Did you know you can fit two full size beer cans in a pringles can. Learned that from a friend whose family used to send him some in Iraq during Desert Storm.
Well, I think that all blumos that are built under the guidance of the spirit of the blues are wonderful.
But I have to say - this definitely may be the one! It's the right year, make, model, trim level. The interior color is great, and it doesn't have any cornering lights, fender lights, or vent windows that would tend to pull it away from the movie blumo. This car seems to hit it on all the top-list things.
WOOO HOOO I just got off the phone with Joe, super nice guy and an upstanding member of the Bluesbrother community.
Looks like this one will be headed to Cincinnati.
Glad to see 1fast79 joined the board. 1fast is a long time friend of mine, we jokingly call him my special adopted brother. He has a critical roll in this Blumo adventure better known as "Jake". The 79 in his user name and in mine is significant to a former life of ours, I was the driver of that beautiful racecar, didn't do it long enough to get real good at it, but I picked up enough that I should be able to fulfill my role as "Elwood" behind the wheel of a Monaco.
Thanks for the input Arthur. I am sure there will be plenty of pics in the future.
tk826, you may be right but I checked this morning go to 2:16. I feel like I remember the tap dancing line from somewhere but in this cut it sounds like "god blasted" too me, maybe the edited for TV version???
Does anyone have door glass from a parts car lying around? This one needs all 4 windows as the previous owner took a hammer to them before Joe saved her from the derby.
Awesome!! I know it's not in your driveway yet but I went ahead and marked it as sold. Congrats.
And Joe, I hope you find the time to drop by once in awhile. Sounds like there'll be a new thread soon for your ol' Blumo so you can check in on her. Talk to ya later.

In a TV version I caught some of lately, Jake simply says "Yes! Yes! I have seen the light!" It's a separate shot when he says "I have seen the light," so it was an easy cut -- they simply cut short the previous shot.
"Sir, how much would something like that full-size Ford police package in the middle there run me?"
