On BBC, TK826 keyed us in on the differences in emblems. I cut and paste from these two threads:
www.bluesbrotherscentral.com/forum/topic/9551-mopar-parts-swap/page__p__115889__hl__fratzog__fromsearch__1#entry115889
and
www.bluesbrotherscentral.com/forum/topic/9529-kdx-expo-export-monaco/page__p__115340#entry115340
and attempt to summarize here.
The Monaco steering wheels came w/ one of three emblems:
1) Fratzog:

2) Plymouth Rocket:
from:
www.allpar.com/cars/plymouth/plymouth-logos.php
which also has the text:
> Starting in the 1940s, concurrent with the sailing ship, Plymouth
> used a sloping, tall triangle "rocket ship" logo with two colors,
> featuring it on steering wheels, hubcaps, etc.; it made a
> comeback in 1959.
from 74 TK826's monaco.
So even though it's a "plymouth rocket", it was still found on Monacos, so they can be considered interchangeable and would still be correct.
3) Dodge Family Coat of Arms.
from
www.dodgefamily.org/Coat_of_Arms.shtml
KDX expo monacos, and even some USA built monacos had a different steering wheel with a different center cap portion.
It looks like they (at least usually) have the coat of arms. Here's a 77 USA Royal Monaco:
We've seen a 77 Fury with a Plymouth Rocket center cap:

I don't think we've seen a Fratzog center cap on the KDX expo style wheel.
and
4 - Honarable mention) Forward Look
We first thought that the "plymouth rocket" logo was simply a version of the "forward look" logo. It probably is, but it has it's own official "plymouth rocket" name. Here's info on "Forward Look"
> Forward Look: Virgil Exner's radical "Forward Look" redesign of Chrysler Corporation's

> name, applied to all Chrysler Corporation vehicles. The Forward Look logo consisted of

> logo was incorporated into Dodge advertising, decorative trim, ignition and door key
> heads, and accessories through September 1962.
