So here are some pictures of the mirror with the glass removed. It is clear to me now that there was glue at one time holding it in place. Unfortunately, after years of wear, when the glue became separated it took with it pieces of the actual silver of the mirror, leaving waves and marks in the mirror. Here's a picture of the housing and the mirror, you can see the glue lines and how they match up to the glass: Here's a shot of the back of the glass: And a close up of the "damage" as seen in the mirror: After visiting 5 various auto glass and mirror shops, I finally found a woman who said she knew a guy who could "re-silver" it. I'm waiting to hear back from her with a quote. That being said, here's a link to a new thread where I'm trying to see if anyone has an extra mirror (just the mirror and the black casing, not the ceiling mount or bar) for sale: bluesmobiles.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=parts&thread=805
