front door horizontal chrome trim: 1 vs. 2 piece

From what I can gather, if one's monaco did not have the chrome strip at the rear of the hood, one's monaco also had the "shortie / 1-piece / bluesmobile" style chrome strip on the front doors. If one had the chrome strip at the rear of the hood, one had the longer 2-piece front door chrome strips (so that it blended in next to the hood strip).
