The manager was going to throw it out after the movie ended it’s run. The theater was off Euclid Ave. on the north end of the Randhurst Mall property. The sign pictured was on the south end near the intersection of Rand Rd. and Elmhurst Rd. The mall opened in 1962 and was torn down in 2009 and replaced with a “lifestyle” shopping center now called Randhurst Village. The theater was torn down about the same time and replaced with a World Market. It’s hard to see in the pictures but that’s a white painted brick wall with peeling paint.
