I considered that briefly, I zoomed in as best I could to the inside shot of the A-pillar looking for any signs of a spotlight hole but couldn't see anything there. And whatever was on the floor has been pulled, carpet or rubber I guess we can't tell. So yeah I mean there's always the possibility it could be an ex-cop car. Even if it isn't it could still be a bargain if someone scooped it up for like $400 and the rust wasn't too bad.
If it was near me I'd buy it, tan interior parts, window regulators, glass, and tracks to convert vent window doors to none vent windows, a windshield, possibly a rust free roof, possibly a big block subframe and t-bars, the list goes on.
