^ That ad is gone. Even though those tires and wheels weren't included, it still seemed like a fair price for the car and those parts mentioned. Hasn't been re-listed in New Brunswick so we'll mark this purple machine as sold!

- Is it the pic or my eyes? lol. Does this look purple to anyone? Looking at the engine pic that Mark attached in the first post you can see this car is brown. Passenger door looks brown ... Maybe it's eggplant ?

Went and checked this car out myself as I was in the area, body needs work but interior seems complete and solid, rusted through at the bottom left of the rear window, owner is pretty firm at $2000CAD but the story of how he got the car without papers is wonky.. It isn't reported stolen but the original owner of the car reportedly refused/refuses outright to sign over the registration to him or anyone who ends up with possession of this Monaco, essentially rendering it impossible to put on the road in Canada, not sure how that would affect someone trying to bring it over the border.

^ Thanks for the update, blue74. I haven't seen an ad running for this car for awhile, I checked a few weeks ago couldn't find it for sale. When you first saw it, did it look purple or brown? lol * Marked as sold

She was indeed brown, as far as I know the guy still has it, I haven't taken the time to follow up with him as I've been zeroing in on a 76 Gran Fury ex-RCMP cruiser

I’m late to the party, but what I think were seeing is blue sky, reflecting off brown paint, making it look purple.
