75 Dodge Shift Idicator light [Solved]

Does anyone know if there's supposed to be a light in the shift indicators that are on the steering column in mid-70s Dodges? I feel like it should light up, but I don't want to go taking the steering wheel apart for nothing. Also don't want to go in blind.

Fixed it! Turns out there's a little panel with a single yellow wire held on by 2 screws on the back of the shift indicator. The bulb clips onto the panel which grounds on the steering column.
