Evening folks!
I am on a fire department and our 100th anniversary is coming up in early September of 2016. We are looking for many vintage and cool vehicles for our parade, our fire department is located in York, Maine and we're very interested if someone has a bluesmobile they won't mind driving up here and participating in it! If you have a replica or the real deal! Lets talk! You can reach me a zellerphillip@yahoo.com! Our department is on a mission from God!

- Greetings. Now that's some advance notice! Maybe you'll get more than one Blumo showing up We do know of a Blumo in the Boston area, maps tells me that's approx. a 90 minute drive one-way to York, Maine. There's a tribute Blumo in Rhode Island and might be one other in RI, I'm a bit foggy on that at the moment, I recall posting a sighting of a 1974 Monaco, spotted in a lot somewhere, and for some reason I think it was in RI. But that's even longer a drive for a 41 year old car, who knows what ga$ prices will be like as well. Our Boston Bluesman drops in from time-to-time, he might be your best bet. Would there be unlimited dry white toast available and also some fried chickens for his brother? His brother has been known to get into the Night Train wine a bit, is there a safe area for the town women? Things to consider. And are there any functioning civil defense sirens in York?

Indeed! Hi Phil (I'm presuming)... sure, I'll drop you an email... as Steam says you're about 90 minutes to two hours away depending on traffic from where I be (Hopkinton MA)... as a young'un I spent time most of my summers up in Saco in fact, a tad north of you. If it's Labor Day weekend I might be a bit hesitant to drive up that way, 42-year-old cars don't dig heavy traffic jams, but let me know the date you're thinking about and I'll see what we might be able to do... I'll drop you an email soon, or reach out to me at bmovieblues@gmail.com... you can also hit us up on Facebook at www.facebook.com/bmovieblues! Keep the Faith, - Bismo

The ending to that sentence was great. We do have fabulous fried chicken....and a coke i'm presuming? We have a great selection of wine from the finest winery here in Maine as well a safe place for the town women. However, I'm not sure about civil defense sirens, we may have one but i'm not entirely sure.
