- 1975 Gran Fury, no mention if it runs. Seller mentions, "would make a great derby car" so maybe it's running? Price on the ad is $3,000 but I don't know if that's just for the car or the car and the motors and transmissions also for sale. I suppose it's just for the car, even though there are 360 motors as low as $200 on craigslist but the ad has the car, 4 motors, 3 transmissions and a distributor sooo ... actually, looking at the ad title it would seem it's $3,000 for everything, " 75 Plymouth gran fury and bunch of mopar parts - $3,000" - hickory.craigslist.org/cto/5609881570.htmlI had to google that "HEI" distributor . It stands for High Energy Ignition, designed and introduced by Chevy in 1974 but there's certainly an HEI distributor for small block Mopars 318, 340, 360. I don't know if people like them for Mopar? This 30 second vid has 4 likes and 3 dislikes and comments have been disabled which is never a good sign lol.

- Gran Fury hardtop for parts, listed as a '75 but must be a '76 or '77 ? Unless the '75 Gran Fury hardtop had the two headlight set-up. I recall something about the '75 Gran Fury with the 4-door sedan having four headlights and the 2-door having two headlights, but I don't know if the two headlights also applied to the 4-door hardtop. Just more Ma Mopar madness lol. No price listed - houston.craigslist.org/pts/6007531284.html

I was looking at that thinking we've seen the 1974 small zero speedometers on some 1975 Dodge and Plymouth in the past, leftovers I guess. But I'm pretty sure we've never seen the small zero speedo on a '76 or '77. So I was thinking, ok then it must be a hardtop thing. Then I noticed a pic of '75 Gran Fury 4-door Custom hardtop with four headlights! Then I noticed this brochure pic ... So now I'm thinking it's a Brougham thing. A 1975 Gran Fury Base or Custom, sedan or hardtop, has four headlights and the 1975 Gran Fury Brougham, 2 or 4-door, has two headlights. Does that sound like a theory we can roll with? Lol, felt like I was going a little bonkers there for a minute ... or two ... possibly four.

The single headlight header is a brougham thing on '75 Gran Furys, just like the Hideaway headlights on '75 Royals with the Monaco. The small "o" speedo thing is a hit and miss thing in '75, most likely early models, it'd be nice to see build dates on these '75s that pop up with them.
