I have no idea, my car didnt have one when it arrived. I cant see why they would differ but who knows? I've never had a '74 bracket being my last car had a Royal bumper on the front. My '76 parts car's is missing and HOB 3 has a plastic modern bracket mounted to it, once I get the '74 parts car I'll do some investigating and see if I can figure it out. Royal nose cars are so much more common.

- What up with them crazy bumperettes? Seem to be bigger than any I've ever seen on a 1974 Monaco, and in the wrong spot too. It is kinda cool seeing that '74 Monaco there. Yeh she's hurtin' but there she is, a 1974 Dodge Monaco sedan, still looks beautiful as is.

HOB #3 back behind the garage waiting for another winter. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and I get it going next spring. The car next to it under the cover is a '71 Vega GT parts car I picked up, it has a 13:1 compression small block with a tunnel ram, 2-660 Holleys, a 4 speed, and a 4.88 12 bolt, it ran mid 10s in the early 70's, a tree fell on it while it rusted in my friend's yard (HOB 3 started a crushed car theme at my house). The owner lived not too far from Motion Performance (of Baldwin Motion fame) when he built it so the car has the flares and all that crap you would get on a Motion Vega. It also has a Motion super duty radiator, a Motion roll bar, ect. It's basically a Motion Vega without the name or price tag, I bought it for the 4 speed set up for mine. Rick Shield's push bars sure were made like shit, I was going to make better screen accurate ones anyway, I already got another set of CHP rubber strips like the ones I used on Mroverover's Bluesmobile. Me on Halloween, I tried to surprise my daughter but before I was dressed I had already done the "ELWOOD" on my knuckles and the cross tattoo on my left hand, she saw that and knew exactly what I was doing, she pretty smart for a four year old. So I was Elwood driving an Amphicar in the local parade, kind of fitting since Dan Akroyd used to own one.

I will only have the two and I'm not parting HOB #3 and once that car is done my plans are to sell it and do one more, a real keeper, a clean rust free car like my last one but with a perfect screen accurate interior, and a 440 so I can't get rid of anything I might need. I do have an extra chrome face bar with no guts as long as the one I'm getting isn't rotted out, I'd sell that. Let me see what shape my parts cars is in when it gets here.

Mrroverover, your car is great the way it is. Shipping a '74 bumper to England probably would cost as much as shipping the car did. But Country and you are both on my mind if I come across anymore. There is one in canada that I already paid for if someone wants to pay the shipping, unless they threw it out. I'll try to remember the name of the place.

Well the thing is the company I work for ship a container full of old furniture from Florida to London every few months so a bumper could possibly squeeze in, but obviously i'd have to get it to Florida first!

My '74 parts car showed up today and the '76 with the rotted roof is on it's way upstate. I can't get over how damn near perfect the interior is in this car, especially considering it's the most rotted C-body I've ever seen. Thank god this is a late winter so I could get this done before it snowed.
