Nice car, needs some bars soon I hope, Ive yet to see it in person. Here's a pic some years back on his chopper, the Big party was going on and his tank was in the shop, look what this maniac did so he could go... Yes, that was for real. My oplder buds, as crazy as they were, they wouldnt ride next to him!

I suppose he's gotten used to the Homeland Security van following him around . - Johnny, is that Blumo from Carbondale? I saw an ad for it weeks ago but when I clicked it, it had already been deleted but I did notice Carbondale, IL. It's not a bad looking Blumo at all and the graphics, in particular the phone number, look very familiar but I can't recall if it's been posted here or not. Maybe TK remembers. Snag us some more pics when you can, John.

Click...click..click...click.
Yep, I have it on file. It's a '75 (although it does have a '74 grille)
At one point, its previous owner had it stolen and it was recovered 10 days later, with no damage. The last owner also works for a business that is one half car audio systems/ one half engine upgrades, so hopefully some of that found its way into this machine.

It looks like he was preparing to do an impression of Ghost Rider.

Johnny, is that Blumo from Carbondale? I think I meant Champaign, IL ... Maybe I saw a different ad in Carbondale? Heh, I dunno. 3 hour drive though, from Champaign to Carbondale. How 'bout that asking price!! What a bargain.

Is it legal to sell that car without front directional indicators?
I wonder in a certain individual is going to buy this one, hide the rust spots, and claim to have "built" another car.

In NY you can buy, sell, and register the car without signals but it won't pass inspection (which is required within 10 days of registering and every year) unless the car was manufactured before they were required (like a Model T). If that's the biggest problem with the car then I wouldn't worry but I'd bet it's the switch in the column, not the flasher. Adam

Oh I just caught on, the car has a '76 bumper and no front signal lights, I guess I should have looked at the pics more closely. You could just add some truck marker lights behind the lower grille to be legal but they'd have to be double filament so the parking lights would work too (at least in NY). His listing says "all lights work as they should" so maybe he compensated for the front markers already. Adam

- It doesn't appear to have any lights behind the lower grille ... TK might have a couple extra pics of this one.

It's legal to drive during the day; at night is another matter.
The Bluesmobile doesn't use its signals, but it DOES have its running lights on in several shots.
The mall, Bob's Country Bunker, The highway before the 8-Track shot, pulling up next to the pink Cadillac, the tunnel with the speaker, the tunnel during the chase; all of these scenes show the front lights in operation.

This is the car that was once owned by "SP Performance". You may remember, about a year ago, it was stolen and then discovered abandoned 10 days later. It is currently owned by Chitown's friend, "Chopper Pete". Attachments:
