Someone with access to a 3D metal printer could make as many as wanted, as long as you have the perfect match to begin with. These are a match, are they not?
I'm assuming these are the part #'s listed in the ad ...
D - 3691547 O - 3691548 D - ? G - 3691550 E - 3691551
Although I'm not 100% sure about that. Where's 3691549? Would the 1st D and the middle D have different part #'s? There is no 3691549 listed in the ad but there is a 3695555 so it's a bit confusing. Anyway, not cheap. Buy It Now for the 5 letters is $124.99 !!

I have access to a 3d printer (not metal), they'e pretty common if you poke around your local maker space or what not. There are websites you can send your design to and get the objects in the mail as well. It's actually a lot of work to go from a reference piece to a design that matches and 3d prints well however. For a one off run you are probably better off just buying original letters.
