Now that the weather's getting nice, I'm finally getting to parting out the car I mentioned here: bluesmobiles.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=owners&action=display&thread=1005If you're interested in anything, just ask. I've a few parts that are spoken for, but the rest is available. I've since acquired a beautiful tan dash pad and I intend to re-use the lower door panels in my '74 with parts from a different car to replace the rubber portions of the armrests. I may wind up using a few of the components from the engine/transmission mounting, as I have to redo the transmission mounts on my '74, but the motor and trans themselves are also for sale. Most of the sheet metal on this car is TOAST. I have no idea how; the interior is pristine, but the body is rusting in ways I've never seen before. The only two good pieces on the car are the hood and trunk. I couldn't, in good conscience, sell this car to someone to drive; hence, I'm parting it out. Offer me a price for a piece; the only guideline I offer is relativity to ease of removal. To refresh those who may not have seen the pictures the first time, here are some highlights:

Hey LV,
I've got a small list of parts.
Rear defrost setup (wiring harness to if possible) I've got a switch, just not the actual setup. Power trunk release setup Power steering pulley A/C compressor to condensor lines Possibly the exhaust manifolds (could you send/post some pictures of them?) For shits and giggles the dash clock haha
Is the dashpad blown out bad in the corners? Might be interested in that as well if your not using it. I'm sure I'll come up with some other things... lol These are the main ones. Let me know what you think, thanks zac
*edit* also the exterior dorr handles if they are in good shape. I'll send you a pm later...
Thanks

I need a drivers fender, mine is like 'burnt toast' so finding one that is like 'toast' may be a step in the right direction. I am ready to patch up rust or rot if necessary. Any chance to see some pics of the left fender. Thanks, Tony

Zac, I don't know how much of the rear defroster setup will work for you; it's integrated with the rear glass and little more than a few wires from the switch to the rear glass. Otherwise, I'm not too sure how the power trunk release setup works, but I can pull it for you. The AC lines won't be a problem, either; nor is the clock. I sold one, but I have a spare, I think. I'll have to get back to you on that...
The dash pad has a little damage on the driver's side lower tip, but it's nothing bad and could be easily patched with putty and go unnoticed when painted; or left alone. There's a little light sun discoloration.
I may wind up selling the exhaust manifolds as a part of a package with the engine and transmission; a 42,000-mile big-block and transmission is worth about $1,000.00 out of the car and about $700.00 if you have to pull it yourself. I'm going to keep as much as I can on it until I hear back from a few people who expressed interest in the completed motor setup; plus, if the car still drives while I'm disassembling it, I can still move it around for work space.
Cynot, I'll take a few pictures of the left front fender for you tomorrow. I'll let you be the judge.

LV,
I need the A/C evaporator coil, as it looks like the system has been kept closed. Hopefully it has no rot or damage.

Hey LV, my bad. I saw the switch for the rear deff and automaticly thought it had the rear blower motor in the package tray. Never mind. I hear ya on the exhaust manifolds,i was just throwing it out there. I may of found another set anywhase.
The clock is no big deal either, it would jusy be a shelf/spare piece as I dont have one. I am interested in the a/c lines. I need em for the big block going into mine. How about the door exterior door handles? Could you post a couple pics of em?
Thanks chad!

Here are the fender pictures for Cynot: It's not the best of condition, but it's for sale if you want it. Mike, The AC Evaporator SHOULD be OK; I'll pull that in a few days if, when pulling the AC lines, it doesn't look too corroded. Zac, I'll get back to you on the clock, but the AC lines are no problem. Here are a few pictures of the door handles:

For those still interested in parts, shoot me a price and I'll pull the parts the same day; then it gets boxed and shipped the day I receive payment, provided it's before 5:00.

How about the power window switches and associated hardware that mounts them into the door panel and if possible a "pigtail" of the wiring and connector for each switch. That is if no one wants the harness.
