Man! If I didn't already have mine! Or if it was closer. That is a perfect example of what I was looking for. And I'm still on the search for a 74 front end with a big block sub frame. Maybe that 2 door in Oregon isn't so bad...

Excellent!! ;D Now you are going to have to start a build thread on it and let us in on all the details and progress. What are your plans for this one? I am already envious of the 14o speedo!

Excellent purchase; thanks from saving me from buying it.
If you want to sell the hub caps on that car, let me know. I'd love to have a part of it on mine.

Nice! That is the best buy on a 74 I have seen in a looooooong time. I am super surprised that one of the "for profit" movie replica car builders didn't scoop that one up.

This one is cool. looks more like Marin County than CHP! Arthur, is this a sister to your car? Congrats, Jenny on a great purchase. I'm sure yours is a Marin County sheriff's car, like mine. It looks like we're twins! Our cars have the same rear cop radio antenna hole, markings, and passenger side mirror. The only thing I noticed different is it looks like your car was NOT radio delete. It has the antenna on the passenger fender, and the dash bezel (on the front seat) looks like it has a regular hole for the radio. It doesn't have the original cop wheels, but those are easy enough to swap out. That's a cool car; I hope you keep the board posted with info; I'm keen to see if you can find a build sheet, as it would help me understand what options mine likely came with. And it will be interesting to see if yours has the same "Marin County" features like the wood radio mount in the trunk and hand-held fire extinguisher mount in the front driver floorboard. Welcome to the board! your friend in twin cars, arthur

Thank you, Aurthur.
I too am sure this is a Marin County Sheriffs car, yup twins! haha!
very interestng knowing yours was radio delete and this wasn't. I noticed it doesnt have the original wheels, thats a bummer. I will be switching them out with non slotted wheels. I intend to keep the board posted on my project. I cant wait to see the build sheet myself.
