I'm not sure if these have been discussed before... I only found out these even existed a couple months ago and then found this one on the bay. A 1981 model kit release of a 1979 Mount Prospect Chevy Malibu.

- This one was on eBay already put together and missing the spotlight. It was left as white and it's not a bad looking little kit. I don't see any of these currently on daBay. It does appear there's 3 of them at the online division of Wilkinson's Automobilia, eAutomobilia, located in Vancouver, Canada. $15 bucks each. - www.eautomobilia.com/category/P32/132-Scale-Plastic-Kits

What a gyp, it says $5.27 right on it.
Kidding of course. I left the one I found sealed and on the shelf.

- The $40 range was what I was seeing for basically the NOS unopened boxes. If you want to actually assemble the model then a box already opened, but still new, can be had for $24.99 in Royal Oak, Michigan. The plastic bag with body and seats etc. has not been opened. One thing I had forgotten about this model is that it's all white (you can see one in an earlier post). If you want the black fenders and quarters not only do you have to paint them yourself but you also have to supply the paint . - www.ebay.com/itm/304510406490
