My apologies in advance if this thread is in the wrong place. I was driving home yesterday and I saw this car on the side of the road. This morning, I bought the car. It's a 42k original mile 1975 Royal Monaco Brougham that I picked up for the tan interior. The original window sticker is in the glove box as well as the owner's manual. My interest in this car is the interior; it's a two-tone light and dark tan that will complete what I already have for my '74. Here's a link to a few pictures: s1151.beta.photobucket.com/user/DraculasCars/library/1975%20Dodge%20Royal%20Monaco%20Brougham(Sorry, I can't figure out how to get the images to display in-line with the Photobucket update...)

That's cool.
Are you going to use the brougham door panels and seats?

The lower panels, yes, but not the uppers. The seats will be used until I get the others redone.

It's the spaces on the album name which messed up the embedding.
edit. it's strange that when I create a new album with space hits between words it works, but with mr. LV it doesn't.

This car is another strange one. I'd never seen the vent window on a hardtop before, plus it has the same power lock door pulls as my former Brougham.
The speedometer is also unusual, as I thought '75 had a 12o unit.
The cardboard insert in the trunk is intact and I wholeheartedly believe the mileage is correct due to the condition of the interior.
I'll get pictures of any part in particular, if interested, on Tuesday.

That's a nice roadside find, LV. How many miles away from your house was it? - Now I gotta try and post one of LV's pics ... Huh? Nope, same thing. Weird. i1151.photobucket.com/album/o633/DraculasCars/1975 Dodge Royal Monaco Brougham/IMG_20121116_083044.jpg[/img] I give up. Thank you, photobucket, for your new and improved bullshit.

It was no more than 5 miles from my house; I couldn't believe it. It was two blocks from the movie theater and Sam's Club. It was NEVER online or offered for sale anywhere other than locally.
That's the same problem that I had with the pictures. I have no idea WHY photos can't be shared. Stupid Photobucket...

And that explanation seemed reasonable, and I wrote it up here: www.bluesmobiles.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=board&action=display&thread=995LV, can you create an album without spaces and see if it works for you? If not, then I think we have a real head scratcher. your friend in embedded pics, arthur
