axle shaft flange : screen accuracy

Regarding casting codes on the center register, here's a table of what we have so far:

Country Bunker's flange has writing on it. None of the others do.
Dave's flange sticks out a bit beyond the edge of the wheel. None of the others do.
I don't know the significance of Country's flange markings. I can't see any markings on the axle flanges of the movie Bluesmobile, but it (unsurprisingly) always has that distinctive three hole pattern drilled into the end.
The axle flange became important to me when I realized how distinctive it was. I'll need to turn this
